    Not losing bodyfat anymore

    Been cutting for about 4 weeks now. Lost 2-3 kg, but thats it! Never had this problem before.

    Right now im 215 and about 12% bodyfat, can see my abs slightly. Im eating 2200 kcals. Macroes are 280 g protein, 100 g of carbs, 70 g fat.

    I do 30 min cardio after workout. I have a cheat meal once a week, if that counts.

    Tren A 500 mg, Test P 250 mg. Beginning to think its underdosed as f* tho.

    Scale weight, caliper and the mirror. I look a little leaner and fuller, but as of now the effort is not matching the results!

    Try carb cycling. Instead of 100 grams of carbs every day, try maybe 300 the first day, 150 the second, and 50 (or less! shoot for 0, and have the only carbs come from fibrous veggies) the third, then repeat. The calories will be a little higher on the first day, less on the next day, and really low on the third day. Before your metabolism can shut down, you are eating 300 grams of carbs the next day, so your metabolism stays high. It worked for me when I got stuck at about your weight and bodyfat. Also, no need for a cheat meal doing this.

    Also, adding in some T3 would help.

    Assumption here - weightlifting intensity and volume still high?
