    Appetite Supressants

I was a hardgainer, then I learned to eat. Now from an injury I can't exercise, yet my appetite has not shrunken to it's original size. I'm getting quite fat. My lady friend says "there is something wrong with your brain". I really do eat an unbelievable amount. And it's usually not from boredom, it's actual hunger. It's becoming an issue

I've glanced the web, but not found anything that didn't look questionable.

Anybody have any pointers on this? Appetite suppressants, I need them!

Phentermine. You may also benefit from ECA stack for fat loss

I didn't really clarify enough. I'm looking for something OTC. I'd rather not take a prescription drug as they're usually loaded with other side effects and risks. Plus I have enough pharmaceuticals in the mix already.

....but I will at least look into it. Is there anything OTC that's effective?

I haven't found any OTC that helped me. I have prescriptions. The phen I bought from a source. It is by far the best appetite suppressant. There's no appetite...

Ever think about trying intermittent fasting? Hunger pains are simply mind over matter. If you prefer to eat large meals then IF may suit you as you can simply smash two1k+ meals and call it good as long as you stay below your TDEE. Gl

Try keto style dieting, makes my hunger easily controllable. High fat, medium protein, low carb.

    try psyllium husk
    Some cardamoms worked for me
Oh nicotine also, but never tried, though there're people who can vouch

I also use unsweetened, unflavored psyllium husks between meals (just a teaspoon or so) to control hunger -- good digestive and cholesterol benefits, too!
Also, a true hunger pang can be quelled with a couple of tablespoons of food and patience.
