Are these macros for 8 oz of BAKED chicken breast correct?
Cals: 220
Protein: 46
Fat:5
Carbs: 0
What I usually do to come up with these numbers is whenever I'm cooking in bulk I weigh all the uncooked chicken, divide it by 224g (which is TWO servings of chicken breast) to get the total amount of servings in the whole recipe.....Is that ok?
