I've been on my new diet for 4/5 weeks and hitting gym hard to get my be down but I'm confused.
I took before pics as well as measuments on sce showing bf etc
I'm confused as I feel stronger and I've taken new pics and I can visually see a difference and my muscles feel firmer but the scales show my weight up a kilo which I expected an increasse but no change in bf. I have used same scales as I know scales can be misleading but I figure if use same onset they have same ro for error.
I was 17ish bf to start with and oh want to drop to around sub 15
This normal?
