Chkn...I do 12 boobs at a time and instead of water or chkn stalk occasionally substitute equal amount beer....then add the usual ten tons of mrs dash....it's the bartender in me and closest I ever get to drinking a beer. Same principle as beer can chkn...only slow cooked.

Doesn't mess w/macros...maybe adds a little sodium but not much. It adds flavor, just like chkn stalk/broth...it's something different to try. If you use Lemon Pepper Mrs. Dash with an IPA(example...Lagunitas IPA or Sweet Water IPA) it adds a more herbal citrusy hoppy flavor.
