    critique my cutting diet plz

    5' 11"
    190 lbs
    15% bf

    Going to throw in clen, want to cut to 7%bf

    Meal 1
    mix: 2 egg, 9 tbsp egg whites, half onion, 1 tomato, 1 cup mushroom.
    60 grams oatmeal

    Meal 2
    8 oz top sirloin
    35g whole grain brown rice
    2 cup salad with oil and vinegar

    Meal 3
    2 scoops of whey protein
    10 almonds
    2 slices of bread

    meal 4
    8 oz of greek yogurt
    8 oz of chicken

    meal 5
    protein bar
    8 oz turkey
    1 cup of mixed vegetables

    125 carb
    65 fat
    317 pro
    2406 cal

    Looks good.

    iMO your protein is way to high, I'd swap out some protein for more carbs.

    That's similar to my macros, I think you'll find with with your food stuffs you will over eat your macros particular fats and carbs.

    Add the clen in as late as possible.

    Your protein is pretty high. You could drop it down a bit and distribute the calories to your carbs and fats. Both of those look low. Remember you're feeding your LBM, not fat, so at 15% at 190 you have around 165 lbs of lean muscle tissue. So at 7% you'd be somewhere mid-high 170's. You would be solid eating at 200 grams of protein which would open up 468 cals to distribute. Fat intake would look good around 70. Left over cals would be great to add to your carb intake and that would give you a bump of a little over 100 grams of carbs more than what you have now. Good luck with your cut man!
