    TDEE advice please help

    Hi.

Can a experienced person help out a newbie?
I need to calculate my TDEE. I've already did it once, but im quite unsure if I did it correctly since i used lightly active to calculate it which I am quite unsure if I am.. give me your opinions please :-)

Just started lifting 3 times a week with ICF 5x5.
Other than that I am biking 5 miles to work and 5 miles home, which is 10 miles 5 days a week.

I used light active to calculate it since I read somewhere that you should be doing quite alot of exercising before you were moderate.

Also do you think i should be doing cardio on my offdays like 1-2 times a week even when I bike this much?

    Thank you

LBM x 15 is a good start so you need to know your bodyfat %. After a week at those calories you will know if you need more or less.

If you are bulking I really wouldn't add any additional cardio.

Thing is buddy, with cardio, especially steady state one: your body gets used to it, making it more efficient (burning less calories to perform).
For that very reason, if you want to bulk, I'd hardly do any steady state cardio at all: it is a waste of time and money in that sense.

Google iifym and TDEE calculator and depending on your body type use the lower or higher end of the estimated caloric intake and monitor progress: best feedback loop.
