Hi guys.
Im a bit worried since I just started bulking last week. I then weighted myself today and realized I had gained 4.2 lbs should I be worried about this being fat or is it water weight?
Starting stats:
162lbs
6'1 ft
Age 22
Never been bulking before and I just started lifting properly for the first time in my life doing ICF 5x5
Calories intake on bulking days 3100 with carbs 45% proteine 35% and fat 20% around that atleast.
And then I take out my pwo shake and bananas to lower carbs and calories on offdays.
I mainly eat linses, brown rice, chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, green veggies, whole wheat bread, peanut butter, oatmeal and skim milk.. And ofcourse my proteine shake
