*wave* :)
Hey everybody! Just checking in to say hi to all my old friends, and welcome to newer members.
I've been keeping busy since moving down to FL ... we're building a house here and closing in roughly 60 days, so lots to do!
I've been doing great training/diet wise, in fact, better than I have in years. Currently at around 13% BF, 206lbs @ 5'10. Not quite ready to reveal the shirtless pics again yet (gotta drop back down to 10% first!), but a small shirted pic update just to give you an idea as to the size I've managed to put on over the last ~ year.
Hope you're all doing well!

Thx brother, good to see you still around too!!
Thx Joco. 191lbs roughly 10% in my avy, 206lbs roughly 13 MAYBE 12% in the pic. Avy from 2011 though, so not all that great over 4 years time. Natural though, no gear, and turning 40 in a few months, so I can't complain.

Thanks all, always nice to come home to (gigantic) open arms!
lol, that story will never die, will it!!? Thanks bro, good to see you still around. How are things going?
Thx Tar, I appreciate it! The house is awesome, I'll post up some pics when it's finished. I have tons already, but might as well wait for the finished product.

Thanks brother, I was hoping for that a couple years ago, lol. But yea, my disappearance probably didn't help my case much. Maybe next time ... if I can stick around for more than 2-4 weeks at a time.
Minutes!? Wow, thanks for giving me so much credit!!!
4? Like, FOUR!?!? No way!!! If I wrote that somewhere, it was a typo! God no, I have 2 boys now, and I think we're finished! I'd really love a girl but considering age and financial planning, it's probably not the best idea. Plus, there's no guarantee we'll even have a girl next, and I do NOT want another boy, lol. So, this old dog is going to lie down.

I just threw out a number. LoL. A guy at work is having their 3rd boy. My gf had 3 boys. 2 healthy babies is good. I am sure you are busy.
I saw your pic. U seemed to have maintained your size! Hard to do working and caring for a young family.

lol, gotcha. Thanks, I'm actually bigger than I've ever been, but I never had much size to begin with. Yep, not the easiest with the kids, moves, etc. plus 40 knocking at my door, but I'm doing my best! Hope all is well with you!
GB, what's good bro!? Glad to see you around too man, always happy to see familiar faces, so to speak.

Thanks Nach! Can't say I remember the name, but looks like you've been busy around here. Keep up the good work! Looking solid in your avy as well, bro.
Good luck man, no more stressing over diet for this guy. I found when I relaxed with all the stuff I was so vocal about on this board (not that any of it doesn't 'work', mind you) and just went with the basics and stayed consistent, I made my best progress.
Currently, I'm hardly tracking macros/calories - but I eat pretty much the same every day, so adjustments are easy when needed, based on progress (or lack thereof). I don't feel deprived, I'm eating things I wouldn't have in the past although I definitely wouldn't consider what I'm doing textbook 'flexible dieting'. It's the new GB plan. Eat, train, sleep. Evaluate. Adjust. Repeat.
