    Cutting, need abit of help?

    Hey guys,
Currently I'm cutting at 2200 calories
214p 83f 137c but yet I don't fuss over the macros to much basically when cutting I try to hit close to 210 on protein and always 80g in fats and fill the gap in with carbs, I keep my foods healthy sometimes I'll chuck in some waffles or rice thins or toast as long as it fits into my macros of course, lately I've been Abit bad had two cheat days just got the good of me! Feel guilty as hell but will be back on the grind tomorrow
    Question is
When I was bulking I reverse dieted from basically 3000 calories and ended up to about 4500 calories which to me was a lot and probably in the whole time I was bulking over about a 12 week period only put on about 3 kilos now I'm cutting though I went straight from 4500 calories down to 2400, last two weeks and half I've lost about 6kg 83.1kg to 77.4kg I look like I've lost no muscle but of course I probably have do you guys think that's to much of a drop ? I'm basically trying to get to around 10% body fat I reckon around 75kg ? What do you guys think? Next time lower my calories over a period of time or the drop is fine as long as no significant loss in muscle I got picture but don't know how to upload them :0

Better to cut slowly and to be consistent. In two weeks, the most common thing that happens is mostly water weight that drops. You could always have started at 3000 and see what happens. If you would be losing weight at those calories why not eat them until weight loss stops and then drop some more? No point in punishing yourself unnecessarily hard.

With that high of a TDEE, i woulda went with a 20-25% deficit. With 25% thats around 3300 or so and like the other post mentioned once you stall you can drop another 20% easily and still have room above bmr.
