Being that I'm cutting and workout in the evening, I do not eat carbs PWO or PPWO. I have begun subscribing to the theory that it's not necessary to ingest carbs PWO/PPWO if the workout is after 6pm. If I workout before 3pm I will ingest 50g Karbolyn with my PWO whey shake.
Curious to hear your thoughts...
