    Help with diet for Offshore

    Hi guys

I'm heading back to work (offshore Angola) in just over a week and I need some help with my foods that I have access to and meals per day.

    We get
    Breakfast 6am
    Oats
    Sausage
    Fried egg sometimes Scrambled
Some other kind of meats that I don't fancy eating due to swimming in oil
    Plain Yogurt
    Alpen Cereal
    Boiled eggs lots of
    Pancakes sometimes

    Lunch 11:30am
    Chicken
    Beef
    Pork
Deep fried fish (never going to eat)
    Veg
    White rice

Sometimes the meat is cooked on it own but most times made in some kind of sauce or gravy which I pick the meat out and dry off.

    Dinner 5:30pm
Same as lunch but they add a pasta dish.

I have access to cold meats and cheeses, Plain yogurt, and Alpen Cereal, Tins of Sardines with Tomato sauce all day and night.

I know I can get my carbs no problem but trying to get my 240g of protein I might struggle with I have 50g protein bars to take.

Where can I get my good fats from ? I'm taking a load of bags of Cashew nuts with me to help.

I have been hitting per day
    Protein 240g
Carbs 140g dropping during carb cycling
    Fats 60g

I'm doing this as I'm trying to get my BF% down its working I hit a wall at 200lb but back to cycling carbs dropped 2lb in 3 days I know it's fast but when I go up on carbs that slows down then towards end of the week it drops off again so I'm happy with what I'm doing I'm just worried I cant hit this offshore.

    Cheers for any help

I think you are on the right track!

Can you bring foods onto the helicopter/boat/rig yourself?

Anyway to cook, vacuum pack, and freeze your meals before you get on the helicopter/boat/rig?

Pack protein powder along with you?

Got all my proteins sorted ready for my trip i do 7 weeks on 7 weeks off I'm just more worried about where I can get my good fats from ?

I'm taking a load of Cashews with me but going to need more than just those.

And will it be a problem to my body only having 3 meals instead of my 6 meals I normally have ?

Lots of nuts will help with getting your fats and no 3 meal or 6 meals doesnt matter. Just eat within your macro.

Other note it seems like your doing great! Keep it up

no doesn't matter, 3 meals or 10 meals, just hit your macros.

Olive oil is very high in calories but it is from the good fats.
