Depends on a few factors but generally it'll be fine. How far below? How regularly? What's your macros and what's your bodyweight?

Im ok at the min I'm hitting them no problem at home getting 240 but I'm worrying about getting them when I get back to work I have worked out I might be short by 110 I'm sitting at

    Weight 198lbs
    Height 5' 11
    BF 20%

i just didn't know how this affects the muscle not hitting my max amount in a day

It's super easy to hit protein over anything since you can drink shakes and eat protein bars if you can't just pick up a meat platter on your lunch break and after work.

Short by 110 might make an impact but chances are you'll be fine. Better to be safe than sorry and hit at least 180.

I try to eat more chicken breast and tuna. Whey shakes digest quickly. Hamburger and steak add up quickly but I try to stay away from the red meat.
