    Diet spreadsheet

Put together a spreadsheet to help me map out my macros and make a solid plan for my diet. I'm over on protein and carbs and just under on fats. Let me know what you guys think. I hope I can use this spreadsheet to adjust my diet as I grow. This has me at a 643 calorie surplus.

I'm hosting the spreadsheet through google docs so I can access it anywhere.

your advice will be surely appreciated. I've been eating well, I just wanted to lock my diet down so I know exactly how well I'm doing and can make adjustments as I progress.

So this is the recipe I have going right now to make all this food in a big batch:

    9 cups Jasmine Brown Rice
    9 whole eggs
    36oz chicken
    3 cans Chicken Broth
    8 1/4 cups water

Boil 36 oz of chicken. Set the broth water aside, and cube or shred the chicken.
In a large stock pot, add 9 cups rice, 3 cans of chicken broth, and use the broth water you set aside to measure out the remaining 8 1/4 cups of water.
    Add in shredded/cubed chicken.
    Add 9 whole eggs.
Using a whisk, whip the eggs, chicken, rice, and broth together until the mix is thick. Season as you like, I'm using Cavender's Greek Seasoning.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes until the rice has absorbed the moisture. Stir frequently to keep it from clumping and to keep it fluffy.

Once complete, divide finished product into 9 Tupperware containers for storage. Should yield 9 servings, each containing 2 cups cooked rice, 4oz shredded chicken, and 1 whole egg.

First day running the new diet. Rice and chicken is a little bland. I'll have to figure out some spices or flavoring to add. It's not untolerable, just not flavorful. I just remind myself that I'm not eating for pleasure, I'm eating for purpose. I do know that if we don't enjoy things we are less likely to stick with it, so I am going to find a way to make this a little more flavorful. Maybe add a cube or two of chicken broth or find some spices to add. Right now? I think a little A1 steak sauce might do the trick!

Hot sauce! That always helps me give flavor to my bland food. Valentina or Tapatio are my fav. They have minimal salt and no sugar!
