    New to forum, thanks in advance

    Hey everyone.
    Im 28
    5'10
    170
    I'm currently on a 30/40/20 diet p/c/f totaling 3025 calories
    My question is, I'm planning on starting just an oral winny cycle and was wondering how much if any change to my diet I should do. I've been researching winny for quite some time now, but any addition info would help. Again, I've never tried anything before so all the help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

    Tex, you asked if you should change anything about your diet, but you forgot to post it.
    Let me know what you are eating, every meal, every day, and the amounts of those foods
    A 30/40/20 diet doesn't add up to 100, so maybe shoot for a 40/40/20 diet and report back to this thread with your foods and how they fit into this plan.
    Your diet, when used correctly, will be the single greatest contributing factor to a successful cycle.

    Obviously at 5' 10" and 170 pounds your goal is to put on some muscle. I will tell you what I normally tell everyone. Figure your TDEE then add 500 calories to it. Then figure your body fat%. Lets say you are 15% BF. That means you have 25.5 pounds of fat and 144.5 pounds of lean mass. To make it easy lets say 145, so 145 times 1.5 grams of protein is 217.5 grams of protein a day...times 4 calories is 817 calories a day from protein. Now I like to take my tdee plus 500 lets say that number is 2700 and multiply it by 20% that's 540 calories from Fat, the rest is carbs (complex carbs). You can play with the numbers anyway you want maybe go 1.75 or 2 grams of protein for each lean pound of mass or less/more fat etc.... then there is the timing of what you eat and how often you eat.
