I think you should give carb cycling a try
it can help you bust through that plateau

I'll be honest, there is no way you should remain at 166lbs with that amount of calories. I think you need to examine every single meal everyday for a week and type it up.
Bring that back here next Friday and share it with us. Something is not adding up and it has to be calories.
Visit the workout area for ways to maintain a routine, even when changing it up.
You can make the changes you want to see, but you do have to prepare for teh best results. If you would like more help post your diet and workout routine.
