    Weight loss update

Hey guys, my last cut i went from 102kg to 88kg,back in 2012, since then ive been bulking pretty hard, with the odd 6 week cut in here and there, anyway i started cutting from 109ish on 5 august last month, so 7 weeks ago or so, im now sitting at 99.1kg, im currently on 3500 calories, i believe in eating at maintenance which is roughly mine and doing cardio to create the defict, im doing 1 hr most mornings and some again later at night if i can manage it, normally another 30 minutes before bed.. Since dropping down to 99kg my midsection has become harder, ribs are sticking out and my face has leaned up a tad according to some people.. but not enough for me to notice or like. Im also on 100mcg T3 ed and mast/tren/primo stack with my TRT, but the weight loss has deffs gotton a lot harder, anyone know any reasoning for this? What do you do when your weight stalls, to be honest my diet has been on and off those 7 weeks but really started nailing it now, counting all calories and macros, a 40 40 20 split works for me so i stick to that and alter week by week on how i feel, im just hoping to hit low 90s in the next 5.5 weeks which is all i have left before holidays.

    Cheers

Drop 200 cals and see what that does for u. Another idea would be carb cycle Witch works well for me. Do a search for carb cycle and it will explain everything to u. If u dont already now. Good luck and keep us updated. Sounds like your doing great!

Turn it up, Rog! Let the diet do its work and you do the rest with your activity level. If you want to include your food selections that will help with specific cutting advice. In general, solidify the diet and turn up the cardio. Results will follow.
