How much does your weight fluctuate overnight??
I've been going to bed at say 206-208 yet I wake up maybe 6hrs later(I live all my meals in the 'what are you eating......' Thread - 6-8 meals a day) and I'll drop to 199-202 daily?
On on days from gym - I'll wake up @ 204 sometimes... Anyone else's weight fluctuate like this(this has been on all my cycles and even not - tho it's not AS drastic...

I can easily loose five pounds every night. Its been a while since ive cycled but I believe that is the only time I actually consistently hold weight.

Interesting.... I know some is water - but not 6lbs a night - my metabolism runs on the Highish end - just curious to see how much some lose overnight -
I don't go by scale for progress - just want to clarify that lol - it used to bother me tho :P

I've been only stepping on the scale once a week and tomorrow's my weigh day so I'll weigh my self tonight and report back in the morning. Until a year ago, I never got up to use the bathroom at night. Now that I'm drinking a billion gallons of water a day, I get up 2-4 times every night. I bet I can drop six lbs at night on urine alone. And if I have to grow a tail, fuggitaboutit.

This is why it's ideal to use your morning weight to track weight progression (up or down) because that's when you'll digest all your food, utilize excess glycogen and water and burn/drop some extra. Usually you'll always wake up at a similar weight unless you had an unusually high carb day after being relatively depleted in which case you'll wake up a bit heavier than the morning before and more full/vascular, you'll still wake up lighter than night time weight for the above reasons though.

While in Beijing I was losing 5 KILOGRAM weight over 3 days...all fluids. Had to take extra water in via IV for almost 4 months. Could not drink enough to allow all the energy to burn normally...at 6L a day. Sometimes when your body needs to repair it uses a lot of energy.
Remember ANYC carbon based energy conversion releases water and Co2 and energy. You aare going to be amazed how much water is released on a 5kcalorie daily diet. Be more surprised when the body breaks down its own fat and uses it how much water is used.

When I've looked, I usually lose 3-4lbs. I remember losing 7 lbs in one night. This happened years ago during a cut.

5 lbs difference depending on what I eat before bed. Really hate it!

Yeah, who really cares. Just water anyways. On tren I likely sweat that much if not more. But have no clue since I weigh myself maybe once a month if that.
