Happy
Just kinda needed to tell someone how happy I am that I weighed in at 210lbs today! First time getting this high and sooo happy about it! I'm going to 215 lbs and then I'm going to post pics and ask if I should keep gaining or just cut down to under 10 % body fat.
Thank u ever one for the motivation when I was down and the endless dieting help.

6' 4" body fat is inbetween 10 and 15 according to the picture chart we have on this forum. (Asked gfreind and others to make sure I wasn't fooling my self). No gear.(yet)
Diet: 3200 cals. Try to do a 40/40/20 but I usually go over on one thing or the other every day. Since I'm gaining I don't go crazy on to much fat (within reason). I also us the mirror alot to judge if I need to run today or not.Last edited by 73rr; 09-30-2015 at 06:46 PM.

Excellent! We are proud of you!
I would like to add that if you are still experiencing gains in strength and weight without too much noticeable fat gain, I would continue to work until well into a plateau.
You may up your cals a bit at that point and blast through the plateau and make more gains.
When you're ready to make changes to the diet and routine, come back and I'd be happy to offer my thoughts.
In any case, congrats on hitting 210!

Thank u very much. I'm a very slow to gain mass but I always feel uncomfortable eating at more of a surplus then I already am. Mostly because I start looking more bloated and my stomach starts to look like sh**. So it's slow and hard work for me at this point.
