i gain i wanna gain muscle, i am on a cycle of 700mg of test prop. I am gain weight at steady peace but it's all fat.. what's wrong with my diet? strengh gain,muscle gain nothing..
i don't do breakfast because wake up late..
lunch :200g of pasta 250g of chicken breast 15g of olive oil
dinner and post workout/250g of pasta 300g of chicken breast
3 hours after 1 liter of low fat milk
my tdee is 2300 this is 3100 kcal so 800kcal surplus maybe to much but i believe that i will gain muscle and fat not only fat.
100g of pasta are 75g of carb
