    gain muscle shitty diet

    i gain i wanna gain muscle, i am on a cycle of 700mg of test prop. I am gain weight at steady peace but it's all fat.. what's wrong with my diet? strengh gain,muscle gain nothing..

    i don't do breakfast because wake up late..

    lunch :200g of pasta 250g of chicken breast 15g of olive oil


    dinner and post workout/250g of pasta 300g of chicken breast

    3 hours after 1 liter of low fat milk

    my tdee is 2300 this is 3100 kcal so 800kcal surplus maybe to much but i believe that i will gain muscle and fat not only fat.


    100g of pasta are 75g of carb

    I'm sure it's not just fat. Are u sure it's not water weight? What is your workouts like? What's your stats? Weight, height, body fat percentage?

    strenght are the same... no water estrogen are good
    i went from 172cmx75kg 14%bodyfat to 172cmx81kg 19%...

    i don't use a workout plan.. go to the gym is chest day.. kill the chest i know is bad but a little bit of gain...

    Read the so u want to learn how to gain lean muscle thread. There is a fool day of someone's else's diet. I would suggest eating different carbs and throw in more then just chicken for a lot of reasons. One being that no one can just eat chicken day in and day out and stick to it. Ones u get your diet in check figure out a good work out plan. You might be eating alot and not working out hard enough to us that food your bringing in.

    It probably is mostly water, the bf% estimate would be incredibly inaccurate unless you're using a dexa scan or bodpod. Even with controlled estrogen you're going to store a lot more intramuscular water which contributes to your performance. Are you getting stronger? Diet probably isn't the issue if you're gaining weight, itd be training if anything. If you're in a surplus you're going to gain muscle if you're eating and sleeping enough. Your body doesn't go 'oh that's bad food let's add it to fat not muscle'. It just builds and breaks down constantly regardless of the quality of food. That being said you can develop micronutrient deficincies which can lead to sickness and poor performence.
