Hi guys, I know carb cycle is quite famous nowadays for body building. And it can increase the insulin sensitivity through the variation of blood glucose level and make the cell use protein and glucose better. But I'm just wondering is the carb cycle still very helpful if you are on steroid cycle? If yes, any different principle since steroid might already affect the body and glucose regulation. Sorry if I say anything wrong as I'm not very familiar with all the physiology.

What's your stats? Your bf% is what I'm wondering the most about?

Are u trying to do a cutting cycle? I wouldn't ever run gear to cut (my apinion not everyones). When on a cycle u want to eat as much as possible so that u can gain as much mass as u can.

Hi, my BF is about 8%. Is it a bit too low? Because my skeleton is a bit weird, chest is inward and ribs outward, which makes my chest looks flat and small and the abs hiding into the ribs. Only when my BF went down to less than 10%, I can look more defined. That's the reason I tried to eat less carb before. I'm lean fit, but I really wanna be bulky and more muscular. I tried to eat a lot before, not on steroid cycle, but I could only gain more fat mass than muscle mass. So you suggest eat as much as I can, no matter carbs or fat?

You don't need anabolic /androgenic steroids considering you mentioned, "....I tried to eat a lot before, not on steroid cycle, but I could only gain more fat mass than muscle mass..."

If what you claim is accurate in regards to your observation then I'd bet that you were not nearly providing an adequate amount of stimuli to your muscles to warrant any response initiating growth. Generally speaking of course, but fat accumulation occurs when you are consuming substantially more calories than you were expending via aerobic/anaerobic exercise. I'd recommend that you take some time and reevaluate your training protocol because frankly steroids DO NOT make anything easier. Yes, growth occurs more rapidly on cycle, but you also have to show extreme discipline!

^^^ pretty much explains it all. Also if your bulking(trying to gain) I would not carb cycle. U need carbs to grow!

Read the stickies in the diet section. This will explain EVERYTHING and will get u growing into a monster in no time. With a proper work out program of course.
