Carb up question
I been carb depleted for about a month now
5 days very low carbs to no carbs high protein and high fat
1 day mid carbs and 1 day high carbs high protein mid fats
1 day carb up high carbs high protein low fats
My question is: how mutch weigh can i spect to gain in 7 day's carbing up 300 carbs 250 protein 100 fats?

Your question doesn't make any sense, for many eating like that would still be a big deficit so they'd still lose weight and for others that could be a huge surplus so they could gain a bit of weight.
Regardless, you're not going to gain very much weight just from a week of eating lots of carbs, you'll replenish a lot of glycogen and water that comes with that glycogen but other than that you won't be putting on much fat. If you feel you need it then do it.

300 carbs for me its a lot of carbs like super crazy! Im very carb sensitive I can look flat like shit today but I carb up for 2 days then im a diferent person muscles look full and they get some vein action its about 6-7 pound difference. Currently not taking any anabolics.

Without knowing what your diet is each day for calories, surplus or deficit (Macros), it is impossible to answer the question. If total calories for the week are a deficit you should loose, surplus you should gain. Please post diet with those break downs.

Ok ill put my question in a different way, lets say a guy competes and hes dry and shredded, how mutch weigh can he gain in one week with a 500 cal sp ?

If he eats at a 500 cal surplus then he would gain probably about a pound a week but it depends on a lot of factors, hydration, time weighing oneself, last meal eaten, any meds, etc......
As others have mentioned, lay out your diet and we can critique it.

I haven't count calories in about 6-7 months what i do if i want to lose weight, i just cut my carbs and have my 5-6 meal a day plus supplements if i want to add weigh i just have carbs on every meal and increase to 6-7 meals. Im 6,1 195 lbs 13 % body fat 22 years old 3 years training 1 Test/tren cycle Ill start my bulking test/deca cycle next week and ill be counting my calories and macros then.
