Comments like "eat as much of it as you want, even while dieting" scare the shit out of me when it comes to those taking advice, and please don't take that advice. You cannot eat as much as you want and achieve your goals, that's assanine.
Stick to clean protein sources, clean carbs, and healthy fats. Leave the dairy for off-season, it's an incomplete protein, and it's all sugar.
