How to measure Body fat?

well.. i lost a lot of weight but i have alot of excess body fat and flab and the scale measures 170 lbs which is normal weight for my height 5'11" but thats deceiving because there is still alot of body fat left, how do u measure it? I think i saw some guy on tv with some kind of pinch tool but i dont know what to get.

You can buy accumeasure calipers that are very easy to use. Do a search for Hussman and Body for Life and you will get Hussman's website with instructions for calculating bodyfat.

FatTrack II for me--you can get that all over the place and should be able to find it for $40.
