    macros computation

I am looking for the link on where i can compute my macros.

I just want to know if my protein count intake is based on lean muscle mass or per body weight?

    I am 5'11
    208 lbs
    25 yo
    22 bfp
    I workout for 5x week.

My protein comes from 600grams chicken breast fillet. (180g of protein)
8 eggs, and 1-2 cups of broccoli ED. Plus whey protein 1 scoop 25g.

Ideally protein should be around 1g/lb lean muscle mass. This depends on the person, the minimum would be 0.5g but you could increase to 2-3g depending on your genetics and individual body needs.

Calculating lean muscle mass is difficult and most calculators will only give you a rough idea. This is why most will just keep things simple and do 1-1.5g/ lb of body weight and that will generally be very acceptable and adequate. Some people also use the weight they want to be at to get their protein amount, ie substract your bf% weight.

Once you calculate your TDEE Calculator its up to you how you ration your macros. Proteins will stay fixed and you can play around with carbs and fats.

    Hope this helps.
