I'm going to cut without roids and was planning something like this was adviced from a muscle and fitness network site here in finland:
First 4 days carbs max 100g/day so fat burning process can start, after that 2-3 days 250-300g carbs/day. Fats also taken from good sources: nuts, olive oil, fish oil.. plenty of protein: whey, egg whites, chicken/turkey, low fat minced meat, cottage cheese and quark. Carbs are build around training schedule.
I was planning to do this cut slowly but how should I continue after a first week, maybe cycling carbs like this or maybe change it a bit after a while?
