Change of diet and joint pain?

    Hey everyone,

I'm not sure if it's do to my diet or this just happened around the same time.

So I decided to cut up a little after talking to some of u the other day. I Took out a little over 300 cals a day. I have been doing this for a couple of days.

Yesterday I noticed my joints hurt when I got up from bed. I went lifting. (Leg day) my ankles, elbows, And even shouldrs was sooo sore. I turned down the weights and finished my workout.

This morning, we'll I'm still laying in bed. It would kill (in a bad way to work out today). Could this be from my diet change or is this something else? Maybe need to take another small break or better joint meds.

You might just be sore from training. I really doubt you would notice that much difference that fast.

Thanks for the fast response bio. U seem to always have my back when it comes to questions and I really appreciate it!

So your suggestion is just push on?

Just odd because it doesn't seem like muscle soreness. It's more on my joints feeling. It could definitely be just tired from all the lifting. I did do alot of flies like u all suggested.

Diet is around 2900 cals since this week. Was 3200 cals or more. (Well I'm "bulking" I just say as long as I'm above my count I'm good. Stay clean eating)

It could be a number of things. One thing that effected me when I was on a cut was the decrease in sodium. What foods did you cut out when decreasing your cals by 300? I'm going to guess it was mostly carbs? I found when I dropped too much sodium, my joints would feel stiff and achy. Once I bumped it back up - without increasing cals - I was 100% better. Obviously, you don't want to take in too much, but in my experience, the right amount of sodium kind of 'lubricates' my joints. I've even noticed my strength suffer from getting in too little.

My joints have been hurting since I changed my diet too. I didn't think there was any connection but I read this post so thought about it.

I used to do parkour so could be because of that. I ordered animal pak joint support just to be safe.

Negative, only supplements I really take are vitamin d3, mens ones a day (twice ), whey protien (only when I can't make up food), and preally work outs when I just can't get motivated(maybe ones every other week).

Joint pain isn't bothering me so much anymore tbough. I to ok a couple days off and upped cals a little.
