My diet
Protein shake banna oats for breakfast
Lean mince or tuna at 11 am
Protein shake and lean mince or tuna at 3 pm..
Dinner is mostly chicken and potatoes..
Before bed protein shake and toast ..
Worksout at about 2700 cals ..
I just want to know what everyone opinion on my diet is..i want size and cut bf
