    Your ratio should be close to 40/40/20.

    That's a lot of carbs.

    40/40/20 is some kind of mythical ratio. For the most part you can ignore it. You clearly know how to diet looking at your phot so it's really a case of adding cals to make up the weight gain you desire. My usual calculation would be

    1.5g protein per lean lb of body weight
    0.3g fat per lean lb of body weight
    The remainder from carbs

    With regard to your cycle? It's a poor plan. If it's your first cycle you should stick to test only. You'll need AI, HCG and a good pct protocol.

    Agreed... Do a full test cycle first. No need to hit the heaviest drug out there..plus ur looking to run tren E. What happens she. U can't handle the side effects and u have to stay on for a extra two weeks? Plus I honestly think people need to get this in there heads. CARBS DO NOT BUILD MUSCLE! PROTEIN BUILDS MUSCLE. Yes carbs give u the energy to use for ur workout but all of those carbs are not needed IMO

    No problem brother. My body is sensitive to carbs so I run a split like this. C35% p40% f25%
