Hey guys. Im only up 6 lbs since thanksgiving...maybe closer to 5. My diet has been eating everything in sight. Yesterday i had a huge burger n fries and then a sandwich for dinner and lunch for breakfast that day i had two dumplings, two bowls of cereal and then some. The day before i had eaten a whole extra large pizza in one sitting and some snacks before n after. The day before that i went for sushi and had probably 50 pieces of sushi. This isnt methodically done, i just have a huge appetite. I feel though that after my long cut , weight gain is harder. Ive been consistently eating with a borderline binge attitude since thanksgiving and have gone up only from 185 to 191. Is this normal ?
