My weight has climbed to 190 after the HRT, and it really appears to be all muscle gained, no fat - I'm impressed (at least I am - I'm a hard gainer), that's 8 pounds in 3 months. BTW, 57 years old. My goal is defined muscle. Currently at around 15%, would like to whittle that down to 8 - 10%. So far I think the Sermorelin is helping and have been told/read that it really doesn't kick in till months 3-6. I'm only at 1 month now, can't wait. Diet is clean, with lean protein, lots of vegetables & healthy fat (don't have a percentage break-down of each though). I've been Paleo for a year and just recently have been adding a little whole grain bread a little at a time to monitor changes.
