Crazy Richard's Crunchy Natural PB...1tsp= 200 cals, 16g/fat, 9g/protein, and 5g/carbs
Yummmmmmmmy!!!
Smuckers Natural
Kroger Supermarkets' house-brand Natural. Crunchy. "Ingredients: Peanuts, salt." It's just as good as the mega-expensive natural PB sold at the health food stores.
Jif, Skippy, and Peter Pan are fucking poison. They're peanut-flavored Crisco.

Teddy Smooth.
the smuckers natural creamy peanut butter has
serving 2 tsp
total fat 16 grams
sat fat 2 grams
cholest 0 grams
sodium 120 grams
total carbs 7grams
fiber 2 grams
sugars 2 grams
protein 7 grams
no trans fats
isnt that still a lot of sat fat and sodium??
I cant find any sat fat free PB out there
I use Smuckers Natural.. its got no hydrogenated oils in it.
I go and buy a shit load of bulk peanuts and put them through my food processor. No added sugars, fat, etc. just plain home made peanut butter. It turns out great!! I can't eat store bought PB anymore it's horribly sweet.
Sometimes the low fat green label, sometimes smoooooth.
God I love the shit!

I try to go with Natural peanut butter since it has a lot less sugar in it than most of the other stuff.
But I prefer mine crunchy...heh.
put a LB of peanuts in the blender with some aspartame...thats it
jif extra crunchy, actually started using publix house brand. tastes exactly the same!
adam's 100% natural
I just bought one of those Vitamix 5000's and you can throw a can of peanuts in it and whip it into the smoothest peanut butter you have ever eaten. The blades in the VM turn so fast that is grinds it into smooth heavenly PB.. The best part is when it is done it is really warm and delicious. What is cool is you can use any kind of nuts and make it into "butter".

The natural is so good.Originally Posted by chest6
