I have recently started switching over to Hemp protein for the easy digestion of it, but I was wondering what is better, hemp or whey?

Whey isolate dominates, period.
Each protein type has a biological value which will indicate the protein quality.
Whey isolate has the highest BV of all protein sources.
Over everything.
You can read more on this here:

Not according the amount utilized and absorbed here.
"Whey and soy proteins – only 18% or less of their content is utilized by the body with 83% leaving as waste.
Food like meat, fish and poultry fare a bit better with 32% being absorbed and 68% being wasted.
Eggs are the winners in the food stakes with 48% being utilized and 52% converted to waste."

Negative ghost rider.
I don't know where you got that chart or what type of marketing fast one they are trying to pull but its simply incorrect.
I stand by my original statement. Eggs are normally given a BV score of 100 but whey isolate is above that depending on the source usually its around 104+
In all of this of course brand does matter. Always buy from a well established and reputable company.
Anyways back to your original question of hemp vs whey. Whey all the way.
Just did a google picture of your post and it found this chart, which btw is shit.
"PerfectAmino is a proprietary blend of eight essential amino acids"
And they have the nerve to say theirs absorbs better then BCAA when this shit blend is nothing more than the BCAA with the other essential aminos added to it. Haha. What a joke.
And with a serving size of 5 tabs, dude come on. Just get a good whey isolate powder if you are looking to supplement.
Hemp protein is not comparable to any kind of whey
The only reason it was even a viable option at one point it was cause it was half the price of whey at one point but thats not true anymore
id switch back to whey and grab a probiotic
