So I'm pretty new here and I know the first rule of any forum community is to research and learn whats already there before posting, and holy crap have I learned alot in a few days.
Diet has always been my downfall when getting in to shape and it usually start with just a cheat meal that turns into a week long of garbage and frustration.
I have been trying to find meal plans and recipes thats are healthy and balanced yet dont leave me feeling unsatisfied. Any tips or sites I could check out that would help me with getting a long term handle on my diet?
