    Curious about my daily steak habit

    every evening i have a small cheap ~6oz tenderized steak. its the kind that one woud use to make a chicken fried steak (thought im simply pan frying the beef plain, right out of the packing bascially)

    the butcher tells me that its the leanest meat they have, and considering its toughness even with the tenderizing, i believe it.

    anyway.

    is this bad, is it okay, is it good? (in regards to body fat)

    You're most likely eating a cube steak cut from either an eye round or top round. Both are indeed pretty lean cuts of meat. In regards to it being good or bad for body fat I'd say at that size and amount it wouldn't be detrimental, however that's not really enough information to answer the question.

    What's really going to matter is how many calories a day you're consuming, and how you're splitting those calories up through your macros.

    here it is. its basically 6am-9-12-3-6-9pm

    sometimes i'll skip the green beans, or trade oatmeal instead of sweet potato, etc

    and i always trade the salmon and/or last protein of the day for the prior mentioned steak.
