every evening i have a small cheap ~6oz tenderized steak. its the kind that one woud use to make a chicken fried steak (thought im simply pan frying the beef plain, right out of the packing bascially)
the butcher tells me that its the leanest meat they have, and considering its toughness even with the tenderizing, i believe it.
anyway.
is this bad, is it okay, is it good? (in regards to body fat)
