so how does one prepare the sweet potato? I've got canned sweets and steel cut oats available right now this is all boiling down to counting food group grams and converting them to calories. something i don't want to mess around with. i think i'll figure out how many grams of sweet tatters i should be eating in a day as they are different then Bio's. i'll do this once and guess from there. don't steel cut oates have an even lower GI then sweet tatters? i could mix things up
