shedding fat. how much cardio is too much? -stair master
can i stair master every day to shed this? jump rope ok too?

The idea is to keep your body in the fat burning zone so keep your heart rate at the targeted fat burning zone and if your going above that then you need to do it for real short burst and then get that heart rate back down
