preparation help
hi, im looking to really tune my diet in as im training hard but my eating is really letting me down.
i know preparation is key but i am struggling to think what i can prepare now for the week ahead.
what do you guys cook and prepare before hand? how do you cook it? how do you store it? and how long does it keep for ? any help or advice would be great cheers

There is a TON of info here but you have to look for it.
if you haven't looked at Fit Men Cook (web and mobile app) I suggest you do. Ton of recipes, includes macros, you can also create a meal plan in the paid version. It'll create grocery lists and all kinds of stuff - super helpful app.
