    What do you think guys, waist of money or a good solution in a bulking process with ofcourse foodmix drinks and regular food?

    As u now. Real food is better then protien or weight gainers but in a pinch shakes don't hurt.

    When I just feel like s**t or work a double I us shakes to keep my intake as high as I can.

    Like I said food first.
