    Calorie counting...

Is still a fairly new concept to me. Thanks to this site and a calorie counting app., I think I'm doing pretty well. The app makes it really easy, you can scan the barcode on most items. I haven't found a food yet that wasn't listed(my fitness pal if anyone is interested). Anyway my tdee is 2500 and since I'm trying to lose some bf% I try to hit between 2,000 and 2,100. I'm pretty good at hitting my goals and I'm especially concentrating on my macros.. Now, it is simple enough to weigh and count the calories from food and also when I do cardio, as its right there on the screen. How do I account for the calories burned during my weight training session. I'm actually a little worried I may not being eating quite enough calories. Thanks for your time....

I'm not sure if anyone does count cals burned from working out.

I just figured out my maintenance and raise or lower it from there depending on my goals.

Pritty much if u think your losing to much weight to fast (slower the better believe it or not) or gaining to fast then adjust cals.

To add YES myfitpal is a very good tool and helps when your out and about!

If you are weighing out your food for accuracy you will have the best chance of hitting your goals. Then you can track your gains weekly with the scale and mirror makes adjustments easy

Excellent, thank you. Each week I try to implement something new(healthier choice or power food)and streamline my efforts. This site has really changed my whole lifestyle. Wish I had this information 20 years ago..
