    pre and post workout

    There is so much information in ingest but currently I am cutting to get my BF in order and of course the diet info overload I am 54 years old 6'4 260lb just looking for a good pre-workout and workout supplement about 1.5-2 hour workout

    Pre workout supplement for energy or are you talking about food?

    a couple hours prior food and a supplement just before for the energy.. would be great, i know these is generic questions but as i get this dialed in they will be more precise

    well you need a good complex carb before training along with protein. I try to eat 1 hour before training. As far as the pre workout goes some like them and some don't. I like mr Hyde it's probably the strongest on the market

    Ive read some about that product "Pre workout amplifier" I am assuming,,do you like this product for a Protein supplement for after and which one when trying to cut..

    i don't take any protein supplements I just eat about every 3 hours to keep my body digesting food all day long

    I like 5-10gm of EAA, 5gm of creatine pre trianing and 5-10gm of BCAA post training. For food i like 45gm of oatmeal with whey prior to training and same post plus a banana. as for energy i take halios (fat burner; albuterol, Yohimbine HCL and l-Carnatine)

    I definitely not a beginner to training but I am structuring my diet and I am doing my best to keep the KISS theory in motion not to get to consumed and frustrated so I do appreciate all the mentoring

    Yes but i would do the meal about 45 minutes prior with EAA 15 min prior and post i would do BCAA right after training and meal 30 minutes after.

    when is a typical time you would take Creatine monohydrate..its seems to vary in opinions

    lord have mercy "mr Hyde" yikes that is pretty intense stuff myself to use it again I will be diluting some...I was tingling minutes after consuming.

    I did two scoops today I am not sensitive to stims though

    15g sugar, 15 g starch, 10 g bcaa, 10 g arginine, 15 g whey, misc pre, 5 g beta alinine, creatine for flavor all in reduced fat milk.

    I just eat about 1h hour pre-workout and never on top of that never needed anything else except coffee and the occasional caffeine pill (200mg).

    I have learned one thing I cannot eat a heavy protein such as chicken breast before workout..lead balloon
