    I really need help

Hey guys. I need help cutting fat. I am 17, 250lbs, 5'11, and estimating off pictures probably in between 25-30% body fat. I was pretty strong, even hitting 315lb on bench and 465lb on squat, but I just started lifting again last week after missing 3 months due to a labrum repair surgery, so I have lost a lot of strength. I gained a lot of weight for football, and now that it is all over I am looking to cut down and get a decent looking body. I work out 5 days a week, doing chest and arms Monday and Thursday, legs Tuesday and Friday, and Back on Wednesday. My workout times vary between 3pm, 6pm, and 10pm due to work.

I really need a strict, specific meal plan that I can follow to help me cut some body fat before summer. Ideally I would want some significant losses by May, but I am not sure how possible it is. Any advice at all would be appreciated, and I thank you guys for the help.

Right now I've been eating a lot of steak, chicken, ground beef, and ground turkey. However I don't know how much of these I should eat, what else I should eat with them, when I should eat, etc. For breakfast I usually eat 3 eggs or so but am thinking about switching to egg whites from what I've read.

U will need to figure out your tdee. (U can figure this out by a Google search and then putting some data in)

After that u will take 300 cals out of that and split it between protien. Carbs and fats. (I try to do a 40/40/20 split) everyone is different.

Ones u have done this, lay out your full day to day intake and we will look at it.

    Welcome. Couple tips:

Slow and steady wins the race.
Start a daily log. Log in every single day no matter what.
Fasted cardio will help you jump start with results asap.
    Listen to the food gurus.
Baby steps. Pick good, better, best choices.
And my personal tip: Pick what you know you'll stick to.
