    I have followed intermittent fasting over last couple of years and must say there is something to it.

    i am following it once again (just started back about a week ago) and love it!

    i usually fast about 16-17 hours and eat in 7 or 8 hours.

    i like the fact of feeling full instead of eating like a bird every 3 hours.
