    I think I am puzzled

I think I am puzzled.. On this page I posted a thread "always feeling full" in there it shows my example of a diet I am currently on but trying to increase my caloric intake still having the issue but that's not what I am puzzled about… I'm not impatient but curious I have not dropped 1 pound into weeks diet is the same gym regiment is the same my body is changing definitely seen the benefits of the diet and the gym waist line getting smaller shoulders chest getting bigger and more defined but the wait is the same… I know muscle weighs more than fat but I also know it takes a long time to see that benefit so why isn't the scale showing any change

It is because you aren't eating enough to begin with as mentioned in your other thread

That is exactly what I was thinking… And truly I am trying to eat more I think next stop is a gastroenterologist or someone like that to figure out why I'm always full… it is bizarre though you have to be more to lose weight :-) but I am trying

Try dropping dairy and foods with gluten in them, maybe that might help

And if you can, you may want to get tested for food allergies
