need some suggestions on a no cook diet

Ok fellas. I started a new job 9 months ago driving truck. I'm gone 6 days at a time with enough cold storage for 10 water bottles. Nothing to cook with. Any suggestions on a diet that wouldn't require cold storage or limited storage and as little cooking as possible if any. I need to drop weight. I've gained 20 pounds since I started because my diet turned to shit.

Cardio, dumbells, push ups, sit ups, and if I'm lucky I'll be able to hit up a boxing gym and get some work in there. Other than a ton of tuna it's gonna be a hard one.

To give you a little time reference on how long stuff lasts, I leave on a Sunday mid afternoon so Saturday is when I would do my meal prep. Hard boiled eggs, by Tuesday night or Wednesday early morning they're already rotten. At the same time any lettuce for salads have gone bad.

Man, that sucks. You can get away with more if you have a cooler. Premade chicken breasts and rice, eggs, etc.

What about premade rice and cans of tuna? If you're desperate grab some uncle bens microwavable rice that you don't need to store, and nuke it at a truck stop. Dump in the tuna, and steal hot sauce packs by the ketchup.

Starbucks isn't TERRIBLE for food if you're careful (oatmeal, anyway). I eat it on the road.

I cook on my snowmobile all the time with a muffpot, maybe strap one to your exhaust lol........casseroles are 3hrs@3500 RPM for a meal!
