Tips on a GREAT morningshake appreciated
I would love to see if any of you guys have any tips on a morningshake WITHOUT any protein/ gainer powder.
Since it is very expensive here in Thailand, I'd like to make my own since I'm having a hard time eating breakfast until like 12am.
Shakes seemed to work great back home.
The more in it the marrier, It is for bulk use.
I've been looking in to add some tasteless "Formula" powder for babies. The taste doesn't have to be amazing, just bearable^^

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, splenda to taste, squirt hersheys sugar free chocolate syrup(optional), 2 tblsp dry chocolate flavored peanut butter powder. 47p,46c,8f
