Diarhea for 2 weeks, lacotose or gluten?

Just started to blast 600mg test e and 75mg anadrol . Ever since the start I've been going to the toilet 6+ times a day and it's almost diarrhea.
The only difference I can think of is using WPC rather than WPI?? I drink about a liter of milk ed as well.
I've also been eating more wheat rather than oats.
I've just ordered some new WPI now to try but what else could it be?

Sounds like you got it narrowed down, or at least on the way. You would know this best yourself if that is literally the only thing that has changed.

What T said, sounds like you may have the culprit. Take it out of your diet for a week or so and see how your body responds

Thanks guys I dropped the WPC and having good normal shits again!

I wonder how common this is for others, I still take in plenty of lactose through dairy and have never had a problem but 3 scoops of whey will ruin me.

    Since I've dropped it I've gained 2kg in 2 days ??

Some people just have problems with it. Look up celiac disease
