I just bought the cutting stack from anabolics, and I needed a little nutrition help. Im trying to lose a bit of weight, and that's partly why I bought this stack. I dont know how my calorie and protein intake should be.. Should I have low intakes of calories and high of protein, low/high intake on everything, or high intake in calories and low on protein. I just don't know enough about how to manage this, and I dont want to waste the money spent on this because I was dieting the wrong way. Anyways thanks for reading and taking the time to respond, and if anyone knows anything about this stack like if it works good, you got good results from it, or if its a waste of money, feel free to tell me about it.
