Information about me:
age: 18years old
height: 165cm
weight: 77kg
My macros:
Monday: 2900 cal. (180g prot, 420g carbs, 55g fat)
Tuesday: 2600 cal. (200g prot, 300g carbs, 65g fat)
Wednesday: 200 cal. (210g prot, 175g carbs, 73g fat)
Thursday: 2500 cal. (225g prot, 230g carbs, 75g fat)
Friday: 2000 cal. (200g prot, 130g carbs, 75g fat)
Saturday: 2300 cal. (180g prot, 225g carbs, 75g fat)
Sunday: 1500 cal. (160g prot, 70g carbs, 65g fat)
I want weight loss. I am on cycle (test prop + winstrol ) So what you think about it?
I have bf +25% I think

I would stop your cycle ASAP and pray to whatever God you believe in.
Diet and exercise produce weight loss.
Not steroids .

I training with weight 5days/week and 30min cardio 3 days on week in the morning ..just protein shake before

This was difficult for me to read.
OP you are going to work just as hard on cycle to lose weight as you would naturally at the expense of your health.
Please do yourself a favor and read a few threads in the link below about the issues guys your age face when using steroids .

monday: 50mg testo + 10mg win
Tuesday: 20mg win
Wednesday: 100mg testo+ 30mg win
Thursday: 40mg win
Friday: 100mg testo+ 40mg win
Saturday: 40mg win
Sunday: 40mg win
also every day 1caps proviron
now rest 7weeks will be
monday: 100mg testo + 40mg win
Tuesday: 40mg win

I'm not sure if you understand that using steroids at your age will screw you up for the rest of your life.
You are going to ruin your natural test production.
This means you will need to go on trt and inject test twice a week for the rest of your life.
If you stop today then there is no need for PCT.
It's not too late to late to fix this bad decision before things get worse.

A true opinion? You've got more T now than you'll ever have for the rest of your life. You've already got all the hormones you need. Heck, tons of guys wish they had the hormones you have.
Think about it. The more synthetic T you take, the less T you'll produce. Reason: Your body will start depending on the synthetic and start thinking, "I don't need to produce anymore T. I've got a replacement." And the spigot shuts off. Once this happens, you'll be posting in the over 40 forum.
Take advantage of what you have while you have it. Otherwise, you'll be a statistic. And if you can't eat right, train consistently, all the steroids in the world will not help. As a matter of fact, you might start looking like a woman. Ever hear of gyno?
Stop for your future love life, if, that is, you want one.

I fluctuated carbo .. I tried cycling carbo.
About gyno, yes I had when I had 14 years old (I never used steroid , less gyno started but I thought this disappeared..but no) so when I had 16 years old I was at the doctor and him say use tamoxifen (20mg/day), I used 4 months after I finish and broke gyno.
All say I am much testo but when I did analysts I have just medium level, I have bad genetic.
also metabolism is lazy and hormone thyroid is lazy...

so please ignore cycle...I just want to fix my diet
now I eat just clean (nothing junk food), but my problem is if I did good carb cycling
my BMR is 1710 and TDEE 2620
how I did carb cycling have a week
CALORIES: 2280
PROTEIN: 194g
CARBS: 221g
FAT: 69g
Cardio moderate 5days /week and 2 days/sprint
also 5 weight training
cardio will be gradual 10min in the morning when I have 0 glycogen and 10min after the gym (in the evening)
in each week I will add +5min

ps: if anything else, if you hang around long enough, maybe you'll be able to prevent someone else from doing what you're doing. Maybe you'll find the right words. Because right now, the words aren't connecting.

OFF: no, I don't think testo or winny is magic but I like because now I have more energy at training and power.... Always I was tired now I am happy and energy.
At deadlift my weight was maxed 85kg/7rep now i put 110kg 8rep... I am very happy
at all exercises I can put more weight

Tip. For your log, list the specific foods. Each and every single thing, not simply the numbers.
You want to make sure you get the most out of this. Heck the food gurus might find a spot which needs tweaking, and it might make all the difference in the world. You want to make certain you're going for good, better, best.

And for your log, make a declarative goal. Tell us your goal re: bf% goal within what amount of timeframe. Make it realistic. This will help keep you on track.
And here's a dare: I dare you to stop the AAS right now and wait until you're at least 15% bf then reassess. At which point, you can make a decision if taking AAS is actually worth it. How 'bout it?

And now that I think about it, what about tossing in some fasted cardio. First thing. Empty stomach. Put on your shoes, go out the door for at least 20 minutes. It will help shed the bf like no other. Rev up your metabolism for the rest of the day. Magic.

The whole losing muscle during cardio might be if you go completely overboard, as in super high intensity for an extended amount of time. So, don't worry about this. Get the bf down first. Besides, you'll be building muscle with steady training. In other words, take the idea of cardio and losing muscle off your plate.
Whey shake? Not clear as to your question. Personally, I love to drink my whey protein shake post cardio. Helps to replenish, feed muscles.

my goal is cut BF
I will post all every day...Monday I will do fewer edits with macros cycling but I will post here...

Now I have 78kg maybe in august/September I will have 66/67kg but ideal for me is 65/66

Hi X, how are you? Interested in this thread because you are talking to a fellow body hater. I'm 57, and there has not been a day that I've looked in the mirror and liked what I saw.
Question: If you had some support & guidance here would you be willing to put off the steroids until you saw how it worked through a more strict diet & exercise plan? Would you consider that? Thank you, I understand what you are going through.
