Thoughs on Deli meat?
What is the general consensus of deli meats as a lean and healthy way of getting protein. More specifically, Boar's Head brand. It seems quite convenient, but it is something I should completely cut from my diet if my goals are to lose weight?

Deli meat is healthy for you as long as you stay with a reduced sodium and minimally processed variety.

I buy the most exspinsive Turky breast the deli has, it breaks apart and it dry to the Touch like a real Turky breast would be, not slimy like the stuff in the bag. I thank it's ok
